Missing detail lines

hello, 

i have been emailed a revit file and the detail lines and regions are missing from plan view. the file has been shared to others and they can see it but i cannot pls help

try to off your use hardware acceleration from options and see if helps. thanks

@Anonymous  can you try to "duplicate with detailing" the view and check if it will show the missing detail lines and regions?

The other option is, if the file is a workshared model, in the Workset Dialog Box, make sure that the View Workset checkbox for "Visible in all Views"  (corresponding to the view name) is ticked.
