Is there a way of merging these cells to create a single one?

Depending on the version you are using... you can use the Combine Parameters under Fields tab

I'm using Revit 2019.

I wanted to merge all the cells "Terreno" in a single cell.

Like this user tried to do: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/merge-cells-in-a-column-when-the-cell-values...

No then I misunderstood...Merging is only possible horizontally

Your only option is to use sorting and grouping...sort by comment then hide the comments column (See below)
