Depending on the version you are using... you can use the Combine Parameters under Fields tab

I'm using Revit 2019.
I wanted to merge all the cells "Terreno" in a single cell.

No then I misunderstood...Merging is only possible horizontally
Your only option is to use sorting and grouping...sort by comment then hide the comments column (See below)
