Thank you all for your suggestions for my MEP situation, in the end none of those things worked, what actually fixed it was reinstalling the Revit 2019 program. However there is still a glitch in the program, which means if I happen to perform the same combination of controls it will happen again...This is a resolution that will need to be found by AutoDesk itself.
