MATERIALS DRAG AND DROP

Hi Revit Team,

Wouldn't it be great to have a materials library Drag & Drop to see how the images look on the object instantly instead of going thru the paint command.

AutoCad already has a Drag & Drop material programing. One can select the material, modify it and drag and drop.

It's easier and faster to modify the material being applied.

Hopefully is not a big deal to incorporate the commands.

Please consider.

Thanks!

Do you know that you can maximize the Thumbnail size and change it settings?

...I get that it's a drag to do, but I really don't see how you can away with not "testing" the Appearance in Live Model Views under different Lighting conditions.
