Material Texture Image Does Not Appear When Project Opened on Another Computer

Hello, 

I have encountered an issue with working with material texture images in Revit 2020. The texture image is saved in a folder on a central server in our office, as is the project file. However, When the file is opened by a colleague on another computer, the texture does not appear for them. All they see is a solid grey colour. They have tried re-linking the image location, however the texture still doesn't appear correctly for them. 

 Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Is the folder rights set to all user instead of certain user? Sometimes I run into these issue where I can see the file on explorer but it won't let me view it.

Try adding path to the Rendering tab in the Revit Options. 

Also, I would put images in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\Textures\1\Mats.
