Material takeoff schedule

Hi everyone!

I've been doing the next analysis:

I modeled this floor and its material takeoff schedule is this:

The second material "EstucoPintOcre" is the yellow one and the "PlacaDePiedraArenisca" is the gray one. 

I suppose that if I change one floor face with paint, the material area of the painted one appears BUT the other material area must change, reduce, doesn't it? I mean, look the example:

I painted one face, for "PlacaDePiedraArenisca" (yellow to gray) but look at my schedule 

That 1.80 m2 it's ok but "EstucoPintOcre" (Yellow) still the same. It should change to 42.8 m2, doesn't it?

What do you think? am I doing wrong some calculation?
