Material schedule help

I am trying to use a material takeoff schedule to create a material key for exterior elevations.
Thought I had it figured out, but for some reason, not all of the materials show up. I just include the fields Material Mark and Material Keynote. Brick shows up, but shingles do not.Screenshot 2021-03-29 131201.jpgScreenshot 2021-03-29 131238.jpgScreenshot 2021-03-29 131307.jpg
Anybody with an idea of what is causing this?

Fill in the "Comments" field in the Roof material like you did the Brick.

I was hoping that was the easy fix, but it isn't. I have other materials that the comments section was filled in and they are not showing up either.

It's probably something to do with the way the Schedule is Filtering.

Edit Schedule> look at the Fields, Filters, etc.

I have no filters and the only sorting is by the Material: Mark and it's ascending.

Is the Phasing of the Material Schedule set to New Construction? ( assuming you are using Phases such as Existing & New Construction.)

Just another thing to verify:

Check your Keynote txt file location--make sure it is reading correctly.

Annotate Tab>Keynote>Keynote Settings

Can you post a copy of your Revit model so we can take a quick look?

Since you are assigning a Keynote Value to all the Materials, have you tried using a Keynote Legend instead of a Material Takeoff Schedule?

Give a try and see if it works?

Did you ever consider that the SR Material isn't being used?

It is used, as well as other materials that are not showing in schedule.

I'm not even sure I understand what you are doing.  A Material Key for Exterior Elevations?  Can you explain?

Instead of writing notes, I use a key to call out exterior elevations

How did you create your "Material Key"?  That was my question.

Multi-Category MTO?

Your question just gave me the answer. I created a schedule via material takeoff and selected wall for the category. So this schedule is only showing materials on walls. I think I can fix it by selecting the multi-category.
