If you want to create mass floors, the family that you are loading must be of the Mass category, and the objects must be created in the mass family. You can still create roofs and walls in the project with families of other templates, such as the generic model adaptive template, though, but not mass floors. Did you make these forms in the mass template, with the Create Form tool? or you imported all this from another application?
