Model a normal roof and use a void to chamfer the edge. And can you visualize the roof in 3d? How would the beveled soffit not go all around if the roof is circular?
Think of this as two parts, A and B. Part B can be a roof by footprint with a circular shape. Part A can be modeled with Roof > Fascia, using a profile with that shape.
Or, if the object is just a mass, you can model it as a solid > Revolve, using a profile that has a tapered end and half of the circle.
