Mass - divide surface, Error: Constraints not satisfied, cannot generate gridlines

I want to divide the surface to attach pattern based curtain panel.

When I change the U grid and V grid parameter "Fixed distance, 0.2(m)", "Fixed distance>, 0.15(m)", it  shows error.

Default layout and number was "Fixed number, 10", both of them.

How can I solve it????

UV grid cannot exceed 200.  Changing the V distance to 0.15 make it more than 200, hence it fails.

To fix it, either change the V distance to 0.45 and modify your pattern base panel to have subdivision built-in, or split the surface before dividing it.

@kimtj710

I would second @ToanDN on the 3rd option...Instead of having 1 surface spreading over 15 stories, Split it into 3 intervals (5 stories at a time)... expansion joints 😄
