If it is a one time job I would say, manually one by one.
It should be possible to delete 60 or more filters per minute. So 300 filter should only take a few minutes.
If it will be a repeating process I would say use the API. For example Dynamo (Dynamobim.com) should be able to do this.

Its A.D. 2024 , Autodesk still mercifully/deliberately?/ cant allow FILTERS in LT...;
Facing&replying 1st post: I tried and cant confirm your 60/min efficiency. Thats kinda stupid 'advice'.Seriously.
I would ask rather: Why Autodesk, in Windows based product, still would not allow multiple selection in a selection box? ; Not even to mention how would it make job easier...
Even Diroots OneFilter can't batch delete filter. It's sad
