Manage Material Browser 2020 Crashing Windows

I started encountering very strange anomaly where Material Browser in Revit 2020 is freezing windows or goes directly into blue screen. I tried absolutely everything, even investigated the hardware to no avail.

Stand up and back away from the Computer very, very slowly.  

Seriously, sounds like your Graphics Card or Driver.  What's its specs and status?

Not sure why this happen on Revit 2020 specifically, because Revit 2019-17 work just fine.

Anyhow, the card in question: GC is GTX1080Ti latest drivers installed. I read somewhere that maybe Nvidia control panel, but even this does not fix the problem.

Have you tried a Repair?

yep, i mean everything, repair, uninstall, inspected ram, swapped ram, and nothing, it still crashes when opening this material and asset browsers. It is definitely Revit and item that cause all this debacle according to windows crash report is: AdPreviewGenerator.exe

This is where I took this to the extreme, had a spare drive with clean windows os, installed Revit 2020 without any addins, just revit and no other program, and it froze the moment I opened material / asset browser.
