Making dependent data as a new column in schedule

- Hello everyone, I have a question today,

- I made a schedule having an A column with many same material information. Now, is there any ways to help I quickly create a new column containing the information, which depend on the A column's data. Like if the information in A column is "CERAMIC TILE" then the information in new column is ZZZ. if the information in A column is "EPOXY PAINTED" then the information in new column is YYY, etc... 

- The letters ZZZ or YYY can automatically change depend on the changing of data on A column.

You are talking about a key schedule. Do a google search using key schedule revit keywords and you will get a plenty of info.
