Make linework visible in 3d

Can anyone tell me why the linework (generic models projection lines) of this family is not visible in a 3d isometric view?   How to make it visible?

I can't open your file, but can you check the properties of the line in the family itself?  It may be coming from a nested Category.   

p.s. can you post the family another way? One that doesn't require a retinal scan and top security clearance to open?

Make sure they are model lines, not symbolic lines.

As I said, they are symbolic lines so they do not show in 3d.  Convert them to model lines and keep that in mind so next time you can draw them as model lines from the get go.
