<in session> Print List Includes Unwanted Sheets

Every time I use the <in session> print list function these three sheets will be included. I never check them in the main list. And I can only see them when I look at the print order. Currently I have to go in and delete these sheets and their bookmarks each time I print anything.

I suggest creating a publish set

That doesn't address my issue. I can't print a single sheet or view on the fly without printing unwanted sheets. When printing a quick draft containing 5-10 sheets, I don't want to create a custom print list every time. What I need to figure out is how to purge these unwanted sheets from sneaking into the <in session> list.

Hi @jcorringtonQBR6U,

Just to clarify a potential confusion "<in session>" print list always shows your latest selected sheet set (Set 1 or Set 2 for example would be the same as <in session>).
If you create a new sheet set per @vitorbortoncello's suggestion, you can test it out as in the video attached otherwise what you see is probably a previously saved sheet set.

Also @jcorringtonQBR6U, if you want to get quick prints without creating new sheet sets every time, you can follow the way through in the video I attached in this reply.

Please post it in here if your issue continues!

Ok. So the solution is to select nothing and then accept an empty print set. Then go back in and start selecting views again. Otherwise views will be included in the set (unseen) even though you have clicked on "check none. " That seems like a flaw in 2024 as I've never face this before. Thank you for the solution though.
