lose material appearance picture

why  realistic appearance didnt show any material ?

when i make visual style realistic it lose material appearance picture 

 i open material browser but it also lose the location of the material map location 

how could i redefined the right path also whats the reason of this proble

Where's the image located? ... \Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\Textures\1\Mats?  If not, add another Rendering Location under Options.

 the image located in the default direction   ... \Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\Textures\1\Mats i did not  add another Rendering Location under Options or change any thing in material
