Lock level to other levels

Hi, can I lock a level to another level, let's say lock first-floor level to Established grade level and keep always 2.6m distance.

pull a dimension between them and lock it. is this what you mean?

adding to that...if you dont need the dimension, after locking it, delete it, and click OK (do not click on unconstrain)
