Lock a line in the middle

Dear community,

This might just be a very simple (and rather) stupid question but I found it hard to find a clear and simple answer in any guide/tutorial. The question is as follows: Is there a way to lock align in the middle of two reference lines as shown in the picture below (so to make sure that the purple line stays within equal distances from both reference lines as indicated by the dimension lines)?

Highlight the dimension string and click on the blue EQ label.
