Location of Revit Journal Files.

I consider it practical the option to save automatically files of Revit sessions (Journal Files) in a different folder from the main file.

what your image is showing are NOT journal files. Those are Revit backup files. There is not a way from inside of Revit to direct these to a different folder. You could write a batch file to execute on a regular basis and "clean" these files out of your working folder.

This is what I use (Can also schedule it to run every X days ... In Notepad>> save it .bat >> encoding All

move /-y "C:\MyBIM\RVT_2016\Projects\E002_20150913\*.00*.rvt" "C:\MyBIM\RVT_2016\BKUP\E002_20150913\"
