I used the insert tab to go to auto desk seek to download a sink but when I click open then load into project parts of the sink don't show up. The edit family page shows all elements and parts of the sink but when I go to load it only the base cabinet shows up and the rest is missing. Now I found out that it shows as a whole show in first floor view but wouldn't in 3D. I need help.

Would you mind sharing the sink family file? Problem solving would be much faster if we had the family or an image to look at. It might simply be that the geometry has some visibility conditions attached to it

I can't remember what exact family the sink was but you can type in pot rack on the seek page and download the pot rack with hooks on it. Once downloaded load it into your project. You'll see that the model loads but without the hooks. This is the same problem I get with the sink.
Thanks.

The pot rack (if I tried the same one you did) the hooks are set in the family to only show at "fine" detail level. So once in the project, you need to make sure the detail level of the view is "fine" in order for the hooks to show. Not sure if it is the same problem with the sink.
