Load family selection type catalog

How to get selection type catalog popup in load family

If anyone knows the solution, please let me know

The Type Catalog must be named EXACTLY the same name as the Family -- except for the txt extension -- AND reside in the EXACT same folder as the RFA.

I got it manually
But how do I get that popup programmatically using revit api ?
