Linking Rhino file from desktop connector

I am working on a project in Revit 2022 which is hosted on ACC. I am linking in a Rhino .3dm file using desktop connector. When I have linked other files (.dwg) using the same method, their path shows as the usual "Autodesk Docs://Firm//Project//Project Files" format and its "path type" is listed as "cloud". However, with the Rhino file, the path is formatted as "C:\User\ACCDocs\Firm\Project\Project Files" and it's listed as an absolute path. My question is: Why? The .dwg files and the .3dm files are in the same folder and are linked using the exact same process. Does it just have to do with the .3dm format?
