Linked revit files won't reload into cloud model

I'm working in R22 on a cloud-based project. I have some linked rvts unloaded for me only, and I cannot get them to reload. I checked to see if the files are still on the cloud--they are. I checked to see if anyone else working on the models is have trouble loading linked files--they aren't.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

Did you try Reload From?

Did you check if you have permissions to access the folder that contain the link model?

Do you need to add the project to Desktop Connector?

It turns out the problem was caused by an add-in (CMS). I installed an update for the app, and now everything is working. Thanks for everyone's input.
