Linked Revit Files in a project

Hi guys, may i know if there is anyway for me to transfer a project with multiple revit linked files to my colleague so that he is able to work on the MEP. 

What we are experiencing now is that when he open the project with linked revit files, it will state that the files are unloaded so i am thinking if there is something that i missed out.

Just reload them. 

...make Path Type Relative also.  

...you are sending all the Linked Projects as well; right?

You can also use eTransmit to make sure everything is included.  But the ultimatum is using BIM 360.
