Instead of having to create view templates for all our views and then turning off levels in the linked in revit model in each template, I discovered it would be easier to just delete the levels in the linked in model. I know that's a big no no but it didn't delete any objects. Now we can't see the linked in model in any views but the 3d view is fine. Why? Also if there is a way to turn off the levels of a linked in revit model throughout the project without having to use view templates please let me know.
