Lines on Windows

I have some casement windows. 

I would like to show how the window opens in elevation.

Currently there are no lines on the windows indicating which side is fixed and which side opens. 

I've tried to draw them as model lines in the family but these lines show up out of place on the elevation

How do I get these to show?

- Draw them on the elevation views in the family as symbolic lines
- Or, draw them on the elevation views in the family as model lines with a proper workplane picked, then select them and VG them to not show on Plan/RCP

Yeah they don't work as simbolic lines, they go all over the place.

What thing happened?  It works fine here after I fixed it.

The eq dims are key.
