Line type thickness is off.

Hello

I am setting up a new cover sheet.  I find that the same line type shows as very much thicker when it is used in a schedule.  I the image below, both of the circled lines are the same line type.  Why is the one that is a border for a schedule so much fatter on the final page?  I thought Revit was able to make identical line types on the same page print identically.

How can I fix this?

Thanks

Nardo

Did you actually apply the Border Line Style.  It is a little tricky. You need to click on the Cell Border buttons.

Have you looked at the schedule appearance?  make sure the lineweight used for that linetype is the same as the lineweight used for the one for the titleblock border.

In the example below I have 7 for the schedule outline and 5 for the titleblock border so they are not the same.

Also check your Line Weight settings - they are different for each scale and also have an annotation category.  This could explain the difference that you are seeing.

It's not fixing it, that I can tell.  I am still seeing a big difference in the line thickness that shows.

TimELZ49 ,

Thanks.  I don't know why I keep forgetting about that whole different set of line weights.
