Line styles visible in manager not visible in pulldown menu

All the instructions I can find are about creating new line styles. The line style I need is already there, but I can't figure out how to make it available. When I look in the line style manager, I can see <Insulation Batting Lines> listed. However, when I'm in a drafting view, it's not available in the pulldown menu. How do I get that line style where I can use it? Seems like it should be easier than this. I appreciate any tips. Screen shots below for clarity.

<Insulation Batting Lines> is a system line type that is only applicable to the system Insulation family.

Same with a host of other line types:

Ha ha - I had a feeling it was going to be something obvious like that. Apparently it's been a while since I drew insulation. Thank you for both being helpful and not giving me a hard time. I'll console myself that this will help someone else who for whatever reason can't see the insulation button sitting right there in the ribbon.
