Line Styles & Line Weights Dialogue Not Opening

When I click the line styles and line weights dialogue, nothing happens.  I can click line patterns and it's dialogue shows up, but nothing with the other 2.

...or clarify what you mean. You can access line styles and line weights several ways in Revit.

I click this and nothing happens.  I click "line weights" just below it and nothing happens.  I click "line patterns" below that and a dialogue opens.  It's just the first 2 that don't work.

If you click Line Type or Line Weight and you do not see the window but the Additional Settings dropdown menu disappears then the window is opening offscreen.  Do you have another monitor?

I have 3 but it does not appear on any;  I've removed them, so there is just 1, but still do not see anywhere...

Set Windows Display Scaling to 100%.  

If that does work, reset Revit UI.

Then do a clean reinstallation of Revit.

@paulpurserY2QHY Here are more items to check:

• Confirm if Line Styles & Line Weights dialog is open (but not visible)
  • When clicking the Line Styles / Line Weights command, if the dialog is open (but not visible), you should see the following behavior:
    • Ribbon commands are grayed out.
    • The interface doesn't respond.
    • Hitting the Escape key gets Revit responding again.
  • If the dialog appears to be open but not visible, try using the Windows + Shift + Left/Right Arrow shortcut to move the dialog on-screen.
  • If the dialog does not appear to be open, try creating a new model, and see if the dialog will open there (could be a model specific issue).

I've been facing the same issue in line styles and here's the solution:

Instead of editing through MANAGE>LINE STYLES, inside a 2d family you have to go to VIEW> VISIBILITY/GRAPHICS> OBJECT STYLES
