Line-based component getting rotated when drawings on face

Hi,

Recently, my firm just finished doing our upgrades from 2022 to 2023, and I've been working on a new project in 2023. However, one of the components that we use for doing reveals on projects has been causing problems when inserting it. As a line-based void that we use to carve shapes and reveals out of walls, we usually draw it onto the walls directly when in elevation, but since upgrading to 2023, the family has been rotated 90 degrees from where it should be. I've attached a few photos for reference, and was wondering if this is a new setting when adding line-based components in 2023, or if this is something else that I'm missing. (the first photo shows how its coming into projects now, and the second photo is how it should be coming into projects) Many thanks.

It should be coming in with both angled sides cut into the wall, but it keeps coming in rotated 90% in section. Flipping the side of the work face or plane that it's hosted on doesn't work either, it just flips the wrong direction.

No issue here when placed on Face.

it's not coming in like that for me though... is there a setting or some way to reset it so that it comes in like that for me instead of at a 90 degree angle?

Are you placing on Face or on Work Plane?

I've tried it both ways, neither one works, it comes in at an angle with both

I figured out the problem, i spoke to one of my coworkers who actually made the family and apparently he added a rotation parameter that was responsible for the problem.
