Lights : unsufficient illumination

Hi friends

I have a problem.

Lights are placed in a room with each light assigned with actual 'watt' and 'voltage' parameter values required to light up the  room properly. But in rendering , it does not light up the room properly. Then, I have to add few invisible spot lights to light up the room properly. 

Why is it so ?

I suppose the interior space has no leaks to outside .

Even if you make the correct settings for artificial lights ( and the dimming is 1) this underexposure can appear.

The result of the rendering is not as "real life" but photo camera like. As in real Camera case the "automatic exposure" in such cases is not suitable and you have to use "manual exposure"  in order to correct underxposed or overexposed situations.

In Revit  "Camera Settings" are much simplified (  3d MAX has more accurate Camera Settings)

When using Revit, after rendering you can use a postprocesing  setting in order to achieve the result from real Cameras.

Use : Adjust Exposure > Exposure Control . You have here some settings that allows you to "manual exposure" the virtual camera...

In my opinion , reading about photo techniques is very useful for rendering purposes.....they have the same theory...
