Lights showing in level 1?

Hi guys, i have placed some lights in my level 0 ceiling which is at 3000mm, my level 1 starts at 3500mm, when i go to level 1 view, i see the lights in level 0, does anybody know why? My view range is set to 3000 on level 0 and my view range for level 1 starts at 3500mm?

Check UNDERLAY in properties of the view.  Set to None.

Check "View Depth" in the view rang and make sure it doesn't extend too far down
