I have altered Lighting Fixture Tag including some instance parameter but they are not visible on the properties window!

Did you re-load the revised family into the Project?

Yes, when I change the parameters to type parameters they appear in Type Properties window as expected (I'm using it as a workaround) but still not visibe as instance parameters.

Huh???  What exactly are you saying here?  It sounds like you are expecting Type Parameters to behave like Instance Parameters.

No, I'm saying that if configured as type parameters they appear in the Type Properties window as expected AND if configured as instance parameter they DONT appear in the Properties window as expected.

You can't use Instance Parameters in Tags.

You can create different TYPES of the same Tag, each having different Type Parameter VALUES.

Should this be logged as a software issue? As far as I can tell there's nothing in the User Interface that indicates this limitation. To the contrary, just like with all other families, it's feasible to create parameters in Tag families and set them to instance or type. It's only on (re)loading them into a project file that this behavior manifests.

If you share your family, we will have a much easier time diagnosing why you think you have a "software issue". Usually when people start sounding the "Software IssUE!!" alarm, they are not fully understanding how/why something is working.
