The display of these entities can be controlled through the Visibility/Graphics dialog in the view. If you go open the dialog and go to the Annotation Categories tab, you can turn off the display of Grids, Sections, and Levels.

If this is a procedure you are going to be repeating, there are some ways you can automate it so you don't have to go into Visibility/Graphics each time.

You can create a View Template that has these categories off and then apply that template to views you are using for presentations. This would be more useful if you are not going to switch a lot between having the elements displayed or not. For help setting up a template, I would suggest taking a look at the View Templates section of the Help menu.

If you don't want to have separate presentation views, you can set up a Filter that you can toggle that will turn off those categories all at once - so you can quickly and easily switch between displaying them and not. For more information on Filters, I would suggest taking a look at the Controlling Visibility and Graphic Display of Elements Using Filters document.

I hope this helps!
