Levels below grade not appearing

When I create a level below grade and then create a floor plan, nothing appears. I have tried to adjust my view range and I have tried everything possible and I still cant get anything to appear. 

I've also tried to show other floors using an underlay but it wont allow me to do this either. 

If someone has a spare minute and doesn't mind having a look at the Revit file to see if maybe they can fix it, I would really appreciate it. The following link will allow access to the drawing.

You have CAD link that may be miles away and trigger the below grade to zoom extent and show nothing. So I turn off the Import Categories, zoom extent and it works.
