Level 1 elevation become negative value after changing project base point elevation

As mentioned in title, whenever I change the elevation value of project base point to match the elevation on site, for example, R.L. +20.500m, the elevation for level 1 become -20.500m. Is there any reason why it become negative value and not positive as it should be?

The site elevation is normally associated with Survey point, not Project Base point.  Keep you Project Base point where it was so that the level elevations are correct.  Then change the Survey point elevation to match the site data.

Check the Elevation Type Properities. Is the Base Elevation Parameter set to Survey Point of Project Bast Point.  Big difference - especially if the SP has been moved while clipped, re-clipped and moved back to the PBP x, y,z location.
