I can't figure out how to start designing my project. I already have a toposolid and want my building's level 1 (0.000) to start form a certain elevation on this toposolid. In my example I want my building's level 1 (0.000) to start from an elevation of 4000 mm on toposolid. How can I do that? I all of my sub elements elevation bases are set to survey point, I set elevation for project base point to be 4000 mm but then level 1 became (-4000), so I might be doing something wrong. Help me please with this. Picture's attached.
