Revit - Stacked Wall texture alignment

I am attaching an image of a building section. When creating a stacked wall, there was an issue with the texture of the block (the texture is the same). They differ in height and alignments. How can this be adjusted? The exterior is perfectly aligned with the blocks, but inside it's a mess. Please advise

I am assuming the block texture is a model pattern.

If so, use the align tool and 'tab' until you have selected one of the horizontal lines of the model pattern that is correct, then 'tab' select the horizontal line of the pattern you want to move to align it..
