Legend on View List

Hi! So my Legend View is not appearing on my View List schedule, is this working as intended? If so, are there any workarounds? Thank you!

So I figured out a work around. For the sake of context, I made a Door and Window Schedule using legends, however I found out that legends don't show up in the view list schedule (not confirmed) so what I did was I created a "placeholder view". Basically I created an "empty" drafting view, but since you can't put empty views into sheets, what I did was I drew a line then hid the line to make the view "empty".
