Legend & Schedule combination

Is it possible to create a Door / Window Legend that contains Door / Window schedule info? Basically a combination of a Schedule / Legend in one document.

Hi!

Does it HAVE to be a legend? You could duplicate original schedule and adjust to show only relevant info, same as you'd like that legend to show.
If it MUST be a legend, what sort of parameters are you thinking of showing?

And lastly, will this legend/schedule be placed in more than one view?

Ok, so what I would do, is to create a Legend and add some Legend Components to represent your doors (in elevation and plan view) and another legend for your windows. Annotate them as needed.

These legends would then be placed on a sheet, and a copy of the corresponding door/window schedule (adjusted to suit your needs) would then be placed on sheet.

A less than ideal option is to take a screen shot and upload it as an image parameter to show on the schedule. Unfortunately its just a static image though, so it won't adjust if your families change.

What do you mean in "one document"?  Like placing a Legend View with a couple of Schedules along-side it on a single  Sheet?

I am trying to create a document that looks similar to the attached example. I can create a legend and then manually type in all the info required, but this is very time-consuming. I was hoping that there is some sort of option that can combine a legend (with views of the door/window) and a schedule with all the info required.

Create it as a tag with all parameters you need as labels and tag the window on an elevation view.
