Labelling element's joints in Revit

I was wondering if it is possible to label structural knots in Revit using keynotes. I think it is not possible because there is not such a BIM "joining" element between a void and a pilar (for example), so it is impossible to label an element that does not exist.

 

The only way I find is to create an invisible generic model and place it in the joints i need to label.

Does anybody find a "cleaner" way to do this?

You can place a user defined keynote...these are the existing categories, or you could customize the keynote file and add what you need.

Instead of adding an invisible generic model, you could add a detail component at the knot location and Keynote it.

Revit_Wisperer, that is what i was about to do. Tagging the generic model I can solve this, but as I see it, it doesn's seem elegant enough (the part of the generic model I mean).

 
Is it possible to tag the endings of a beam? I'm going to give it a try with user keynotes. If it works I wont need de component.

ToanDN, that could be the only way, and more accurate than the generic model. To place an "empty" detail component while it is not defined, and to model it when (and if) the moment comes is the best idea I think. Meanwhile I could tag those invisible elements with keynotes.

Revit_Whisperer, I can't find the way to tak the endings of an element such as a pilar or a beam. Thank you anyway!

I have found a tool that may help get this problem solved. It is called Beam Annotations Tool.
