Hi, I have a question about revit families, I would like to create a family, which has labels, fx.: tag size: 2.5mm, but, I would like that to be changable, when I insert it to the project, fx.: from 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm, or something like this, Can you please solv this issue.

That would be nice, indeed! But no, it doesn't work that way. You have to create labels for each text size and create a visibility parameter. Then create a Family Type for each text size and switch on the appropriate text size visibility parameter. It will be messy, depending on how many text sizes you need:
