Label image does not show up

good afternoon.

I am making my parametric title block based on labels using shared parameters. I created a shared one, type of parameter: image. I select on my title block a label, say create similar, I go to the dialogue box, I add this image type parameter, I load title block into project and image does not show up (see attached photo), I only can see the name of the image file.

Any suggestions please?

Image parameters are for scheduling, like thumbnails of doors in a door schedule.
