Knee wall assembly not showing up.

Guys this should be an easy task but for some reason can't figure this out.

I have two exactly the same wall types. One wall (1) is 7' Unconnected height the Second one (2) is 2'-8"

View range Top 15', Cut plane 2', Bottom 0'

I would like to see the knee wall (2) assembly layers when cut at the height of 2' just as it's showing on wall (1)

Modifying the view range doesn't help.  What is going on what Am I missing?

See attached pics.

Edit the pony wall properties: Top Constraint to Level 1, Top Offset = 2'-8".

In case it still doesn't work, change the wall to full height and edit profile to make it 2'-8".

any wall that is less than 6' from the bottom of the view range will be displayed as a partial height wall.

Meaning any short wall will not show the cut of the wall even if you are cutting through it.  This is a built in setting

From the help "Walls shorter than 6 feet (or 2 meters) are not cut, even if they intersect the cut plane."

https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2020/ENU/?guid=GUID-58711292-AB78-4C8F-BAA1-0855DDB518BF

Look at the part about  "Elements Intersected by the Cut Plane"

Interesting fact.

I am glad there is a way around it as @ToanDN suggested.
