Keynotes not showing up

Hello, I am using keynotes for my plans and have created 3 "sets" of keynotes in my keynote file:  1 with the prefix "d" for my demolition plans, 1 with the prefix "N" for my new work plans, and the last with the prefix "R" for my roof plans.  When I add them to the appropriate sheets one note in my list of demolition key notes does not show up (note #21 of 22), and the keynotes for my new work plans do not show up at all.  I am filtering the keynote legends based on the prefixes.  Anyone have a suggestion for fixing this?  TIA

Whenever you add in new value to keynote, Revit need you to reload the keynote file to update the list. So I would go to keynoting setting, click on browse to select the same keynote file and reload.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I have reloaded the keynotes and I still can't get the one group of notes to show up (New Work Plan notes), and I still have 1 line missing from my list of Demolition notes  I have turned off the filter for my New Work Keynote legend and those notes with the "N" prefix don't show up in there at all.  I attached a screen shot of my Keynote Legend with no filter and my Text file side by side.  Am I missing something?

When you doing sorting, you need to tab at the end of the note and add suffix. At the same time you need to create title at the top and have the same suffix value. See screenshot for example.

Also if you plan to add new value, you have to add it to the bottom of the list or the keynote will mess up your value. For instance if D21 is your new value, you have to add it to the last line of the list. When you reload the keynote, it will sort correctly.
