Keynote w/ Revit Server v.2016

Hi,

I set a project in the revit server and use a shared folder between both our offices to host the keynote txt file for such project , this with the intention of been able to edit the keynote file from both offices (not using any keynote manager add-ons). I made the path to the location of the txt file and started to tag assets in the model, the correct keynote number display and everything was tagging smoothly, once I finish with the editing of the keynote file the other office started editing the txt file and when they sync to central all the keynote numbers changed to values that didnt even existed in the .txt file (1, 2, 3, 4, 5....) while the number were (201, 202, 203....). the other office didnt change any of the values they just added couple more lines with the same sequence 204, 205, 206).

I have no clue where the new sequence is coming from. Any ideas?

Please let me know if I'm not clear enough and I can probably put some snap shots or better explain.

We are in the process of implementing a Keynote share folder between to offices, did you figure out what the problem you had? Did you implement something different?

Keynoting is probably set to by Sheet vs By Keynote.

Which works too, helps clean up views, you just need to add a Keynote Legend on each sheet.  Doesn't work though if you use Spec Numbers.;
