Keep instance properties_walls

Hello all,

I am creating some structural walls. Is there any way to keep the instance properties ' Top constraint and offset ? 

Each time that I create a new wall or Create Similar the Top constraint changes.

it stays the even if I create a new wall from the structure tab or create similar: 

[XXalessio.amodioXX]

Try to use match properties.

Set your constraints and offset on the Option Bar. It will remain the default until you change it. 

...doesn't look like a default "Offset" cannot be set.  WTF!  Betcha that Archicad can do it.  Hear that Autodesk?!
