Keep filled region lines horisontal

Hi fellas!

I've created a simple detail item family with horisontal lines (fill pattern). How do I keep these aligned with the family when the family's rotated?

If it's a drafting pattern you have options for aligning the pattern to the element.

I've tried changing that option, but I can't see any differences:

I think that only works for model elements - not simple filled regions.  However, you can create a new model pattern in your family and that can be rotated.
