Jumping PDFs

Every PDF exported from Revit exhibits a strange behavior when opening (no matter the PDF viewer software or platform), where the PDF appears to load full size, but the plan or graphic appears smaller on the sheet, and then flickers until it reaches full size on the sheet. 

Several screenshots are attached showing the visual sequence when opening (Acrobat, or any other, it always happens). 

If anyone has had similar experience, is there any possible export setting that can prevent this? I have tried with both vector and raster exports and always have the same (it almost feels like Revit is exporting to a standard dimension and there is an internal configuration in the PDF to resize to the sheet size)

Does it eventually look like you want? just asking because your PDF look like the sheet is not centered. Depending on your Pc speed, making a PDF look like it looks will take the CPU some time. So if it takes a few seconds to "develop" the picture, that is a power issue. 

You said you export to PDF, so you use Revit 2022 (new PDF export feature)? Check your settings to make the PDF look the way you want. Note for me I have to use an off-set from the corner (and Revit always defaults that back to "Center" an di have to manually enable that.

I am not experiencing any of that when exporting PDFs using Docuflow for Revit.

Did you set the page to fit to page? Post a screenshot of your print setting.
