Joining walls

This is a plan view .. If I have three architecture walls each wall is shown with a different colour in the picture .. is there any way to make these three walls only one wall .. joining geometry doesn't make that.

should I understood that the walls are of different Family Types containing different materials?

What about creating a Group or an Assembly?

I found the solution the walls must have the same properties and if they're not joined just drag one of the walls a little back and it will auto join
